“You worry too much!” he said, there was a little petulance in his voice.

She became silent. She knew he lost his temper quite easily these days. Something was wrong and he was not sharing it with her. She tried her best but failed. She only asked when he will return.

He curtly said, “I can’t tell you it from here, today. I will mail you once I am there and will keep mailing you.”

The train started to roll, she waved her hands and stood there watching it as long as she could see it.

Since childhood she knew Debdeep was her fiancé. Their parents have fixed their marriages even before she was born. They grew up like that. They both were committed type of persons both belonged to very rich families and were the perfect match for each other. There was only one flaw in this otherwise perfect relationship, Debdeep was stunningly handsome and Indulekha was very ordinary looking.

Still they were happy together, and then things started to change. In last two years Debdeep has changed too much. Gone was the sweet, patient friend she knew since her childhood, he was replaced by a man who lost his patience in a second and temper in a minute.
