That’s why the Binnanis were getting it at the price of dirt.

“Its splendid, is not it?” Kavita gushed.

“Yes!” Ghanshyam nodded his head. “It certainly is a piece of art and sturdiness. Can you believe that no one has been maintaining this building for last fifty years?”

The agent was fidgeting like a rabbit in open ground, one that has just heard the roar of a tiger.

“Shall we take the tour inside the house?” he asked, “I have another appointment at three that means we will have to leave at one thirty, or at the maximum at two p.m.”

The Binnanis exchanged a quick glance before nodding to him.

The man opened the door of the mansion gingerly and started the tour he almost made them run through the rooms to finish it before one.
